KL Resources Pvt. Ltd. has been incorporated on 14th July’ 2006 under Companies Act 1956 with Registrar of Companies (ROC), Cuttack, ORISSA. It has its registered office at Plot No:134/675, Kolathia, Aiginia, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Orissa-751019, India and plant premises at Sunduria, Neulapur (Near Chandikhol), Jajpur, Orissa.

The company set up a Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant (COBP) under first phase of its project implementation plan at its above plant premises with a provision to set up further facilities such as chrome briquetting/ pelletisation plant; Low carbon Ferro Chrome plant; Manganese beneficiation and EMD (Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide Plant) .

The plant site (at Chandikhole) is located on one side of NH-5 at a distance of 35 KM from Cuttack; 60 KM from Bhubaneswar; 75 KM from Paradeep port, 40 KM from Duburi and 60 KM from Sukinda valley(Chrome ore deposit area). It is a strategic location for the mineral processing plants with respect to sourcing of low grade minerals from inside and outside the country and marketing of same inside India and export business, since it is well connected with all ports, industrial and mining zones through NH and has proximity to these zones.
